The big-capacity RBM-1000 comes complete with a mixer, a main engine pump with output capacity of 7.5 m3 and foam generator capable of churning our 600 liters per minute. Other features and fittings include: (i) auto weighing scale for every kind of raw materials, i.e., foam, water, cement, fine sand (by installing the Load Cell Weighing System) for homogeneous formulation of mortar foam; (ii) water cooling system; (iii) high mobility, i.e., can be easily moved and/or set up at construction site; (iv) built-in automatic air switch to control machine (on/off options) whilst the main engine is in operation; (v) adaptability and flexibility, in being deployable as a spray plastering machine or Chipping Concrete Infill and EPS Mortar Infill and other standard mortar formulations.
